When you place an international order on our site, we email you a shipping quote. Once you accept the shipping method and the cost, we process and ship your lamp order.
All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority International unless otherwise specified. We can also quote shipping via USPS International Express. Or, if you have a preferred shipper and a shipping account that we can use, we are happy to do so.
We do not calculate duties or customs that might be levied on your end. Our policy is to ship internationally on EXW conditions only. EXW - Ex Works (EXW) is one of the International Commercial Terms (Incoterms), in which buyers are responsible for the shipment and subject to risks. It is a commonly used shipping agreement.

Lamps engineered for US electrical current –120 volts and 60 Hz. This includes lamps using LEDZ arrays (LEDZ will be in sku) which take Input: 100-130Vac; Frequency: 50/60Hz.
